An Evening in Stuttgart

2.06.2013

An evening which consisted wholly of beer.
Here, in Stuttgart, was one of the only brewpubs that we could find in all of Germany. Granted, we were only in Germany for about 3 days, but still. We were excited.
Even though Stuttgart is a really cool city in itself, we were really only using it as a place to sleep in between Munich and Baden-Baden. But lucky for the group, I'm amazing and found Calwer-Eck-Brau, a local craft brewpub. Guys, the beer was incredible.
It was so good, in fact, that we got a mini-keg and took it back to our room. Yea, that happened.
From there, Rion commenced getting frustrated at the German directions on the keg, opening it wrong, which then lead to the keg exploding all over our bathroom. Good times.
Moral of the story: translate your directions.

I wish you had pictures of it exploding, but I'm sure in the moment it seemed less fun/funny. Looks like an amazing time.

The interiors there are pretty gorg. I am a sucker for anything glass and steel.
