Look What Showed Up at Our Door

So shortly after my mom arrived, this little treasure showed up at our door. Apparently we are a magnet for all animals needing a home. This is the second cat that has shown up to our house, and we adopted one of our dogs because their owner couldn't take care of it. We are a safe haven. Only not.

There is no way in hale (see what I did there) we were keeping this one. We tried to keep the other cat, it didn't work out, we gave it away, and then it died of Feline leukemia. I don't want that on my hands. No Feline leukemia here. So we kind of, sort of pushed it off onto my mom. And by that I mean she is driving home today to New Jersey with this little kitten. Thanks mom. We're hoping that she will be able to find a good home for this nugget.

Wish Dolly luck. That's her(?) name. Rion and his friend wanted to name it Puke. It didn't stick.

That's some good willpower you have there, being able to send such a cute little munchkin away.
I bet your mom won't have any trouble finding her a good home!

OH MY GOD. I wish this had happened to me, because I've been wanting a little cat JUST LIKE HER. Soooo freaking cute.

Puke. It should have stuck.

If I ever had a cat, which I never in five lifetimes would, I would be forced to call it cute.

And now you know how I feel about them.

BAHAHAHHA I love everything about this post. Except for kitty leukemia. Not funny or love-worthy. Nope.

I'm freaking in LOVE! Two cats and two dogs later, I realize I am much more of a cat person. And one showing up at your door?! Die.
