It's Pizza Time

Hey, have you ever thought to yourself- wow... that was the most delicious pizza ever? Well unless you've tried this recipe you're probably wrong. Enter: beer pizza crust. *Heavens sing* The great thing about this recipe is that it is super duper easy. You know I'm a fan of the easy projects (it makes me feel productive even when I'm not).
Ingredients:
3 Cups Flour (wheat if you have it)
1Tb of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
12 oz homemade/craft beer
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Add all your dry ingredients together and try to remove any clumps.
Add in any glorious beer of your choice and mix well. Aim for a dough-like consistency. If it's too sloppy add more flour, and if it's too dry I guess you'll just have to add more beer... sad.
Pretend to be a master pizza maker and roll out the dough. Warning: throw dough at your own risk.
Once you have your dough shaped out, add your ingredients!! This is the fun part. We like to add spinach, mushrooms, bacon, and pineapple. Yum in my tum.

Throw that baby in the oven for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the bottom of the pizza to make sure it's not burning.
Voila! Enjoy that delicious treat that you just made all by yourself. You rock.

This looks soooo delicious! I've sauteed kale & collards with beer, but I've never thought to try it in a baked good like crust or bread. I shall try it.
