So, this is what I did.
Both Rion and I had Saturday off this past weekend. *woah* Things have been a little busy so we decided to just hang out at the house. Best decision ever! We brewed a rye amber ale on Rion's new brew set up! I know you're just as excited as we are.
Why so many pictures you ask? I captured Rion's camera and went a little crazy. I've been trying to work myself back up to using a manual camera. Well, now I'm addicted. Seems to be a common theme in my life. *note: stay away from drugs*
So we lounged, brewed, and hung out with the dogs. See the one giving the eye to the camera? That's Colby. She is the only dog I know that can give a death stare. The other one is Josie. She's just crazy. The picture is misleading.
It might just be the shortest weekend ever, but it was just what I needed.

rye amber ale?! that sounds just delicious! next weekends' goal is to TRY and brew my own beer... EEK. i have a feeling my first try is going to be pretty funky.
